Hannah Harley is a New York-based visual artist whose conceptual work is heavily influenced by contemporary societal structures in the United States. Her detailed explorations of the American political spectacle is found in her current work, stemming from Statecraft, the Homefront and This is What Democracy Looks Like. In recent years, she has researched the millennial generation’s perceptions of intimacy and sex through Untitled (Pornography), Portraits of Ex-Lovers, Love in the Digital Age, and Table Manners.

She is an MFA candidate at Parsons School of Design. She has a Gender and Sexuality Graduate Certificate from the New School. She received her undergraduate education at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA, where she earned a BFA in Photography with minors in French Studies and Psychology. 

She has work in the permanent collections of Repair the World (Pittsburgh, PA) and Point Park University.
